I have had Selene and Marisol clean my apartment twice now and I have absolutely loved both services. They are so sweet and respectful, and are thorough in their cleaning. I am already a pretty clean person but I can tell all surfaces are even cleaner + flooring is spotless. They are fast and reliable. Owner is KIND AND SWEET. Only recommendation: SPECIFY what you want done either online, when they arrive or to the owner over the phone. Have not had a problem except cleaning my stove top which needed a more deep clean. The maids were well-trained and equipped with the newest technologies and were eager to handle my house cleaning needs. I travel weekly for work and their online booking system has made having a clean home super easy! The Teams do an amazing job and another great perk is all the teams are pet friendly. We’ve been using them for over a year now for a weekly cleaning service and have never been disappointed. Selene and Marisole (Team C) are the absolute best! They are always on time (usually early) and are very sweet. They are extremely efficient and do a very thorough job, especially with cleaning all of the fur and dust from our two dogs. Most cleaning services start to slack off after a few weeks but HP Housekeeping has continued to do great job for us. We’ll never use anyone else! Friendly, professional, and responsive staff. They always do an excellent job. Easy, convenient booking and Jeri is always highly responsive. I normally never write reviews on here but had to go out of my way to sing their praises. I was able to secure a date and time for that worked for me later the same week.The women were incredibly kind, showed up a tad early & even stayed a few minutes after their scheduled time to complete the job. I am very impressed with their thoroughness & thoughtfulness – finishing touches like a special hotel-like fold on my towels make all the difference.I also love that the ladies let me know they were “Group F” so that if I wanted, I could specifically request to book them again. Jeri, the owner of HPH, was also easy and prompt to communicate with if any questions arose. Very impressed by HPH and happy with their service. Elizabeth and Corina are excellent. Very thorough and friendly. Thank you for running an organization with such good customer service as well! Won’t be using them again. The customer service is good but we gave them a shot to be our weekly cleaners. They charge $75 per hour. We were expecting a high level of service for such a steep fee but they left with dust clumps on the floor, did not scrub the floor, left smudges on the glass. In general the home did not feel clean when they were done. They offered to come back but we declined.
